With a background in medical device design, human performance analytics, and artificial intelligence, she’s driven to create intelligent tools that optimize wellness and athletic recovery.

Mathis Fürst Haugen
Mathis is a Division 1 soccer captain and engineering student who has experienced hydration challenges firsthand at the highest level of college athletics. With a background in environmental engineering and a deep understanding of performance needs, he leads overall operations at SYP — from product strategy and team management to partnerships and execution. He also supports app development and hardware integration, ensuring the platform delivers real value to athletes like himself.

Nicolas Jake Scargle
Nicolas Scargle serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SYP, bringing the rare perspective of a current Division 1 athlete and emerging financial strategist. A former captain at the University of South Florida and now a graduate student-athlete at West Virginia University, Nico combines deep firsthand insight into athletic performance with a sharp eye for financial operations. At SYP, he oversees budgeting, capital planning, and investor reporting, ensuring that every dollar supports product excellence and strategic growth. His dual background on the field and in finance makes him an invaluable force in shaping SYP’s future.
